CDM-300系列底盘测功机按GB18285-2018与GB3847-2018设计，用于最大总质量不超过3500kg的在用汽油车简易工况排放检测及柴油车加载减速法检验。配备轴距调整、前后轴同步与惯量自动匹配机构，气动离合器实现前后轴同步或分步运行，保证双轴检测时基本惯量(900±18)kg；平衡滚筒经滚花处理后喷涂碳化钨耐磨层。
