Vehicle Centering Device (Straightening Unit)

The IEL series centering device straightens the test vehicle in the inspection station so its longitudinal centerline aligns with the equipment. Once the vehicle drives on, pneumatic linkage pushes the expansion frames symmetrically outward; when both wheels contact the frames, the wheel centerline coincides with the driving centerline. Tires rest on freely rolling horizontal rollers, and the identical front and rear platforms accommodate various wheelbases and tracks.
