概述
双轴速度试验台主要完成车辆速度40km/h车速表、高速测试等。适用于前驱、后驱、四驱车型检测。
主要构成
设备主框架、双滚筒式转鼓组、车辆举升装置、自动轴距调整装置、前轴限制阻挡滚筒、操作箱、PLC控制柜等。
技术规格
1）每个转鼓组的载荷满足≥1000kg/轮，测速范围：0-120km/h
2）轮距范围为：1000mm-2200mm，滚筒直径：Φ320mm、滚筒宽度:800mm
3）轴距范围：2300-3200mm
4）前轴限制阻挡滚筒，防止车辆在试验过程中向前冲出试验台
5）前后轴同步传动方式采用同步带传动，脱开与结合采用电磁或气动离合器
6）速度测试精度：±0.1km/h，
